Sacred Samhain

Tis the night of sacred Samhain

The year has come full circle again

All is quiet throughout the home

As our loved ones spirits again do roam

Called by the circle we cast full of power

Kept safe by the guardians of each quarters tower

Watched over by the Goddess and Her Lord

Honouring the ancestors in sacred accord

Divination we’ll perform this special night

While candle flames dance in flickering light

Let magic begin in our cauldron so black

Before it comes time for them to go back

To sleep and rest for another year long

Awaiting the night to which they belong

When again we will meet then merrily part

But always you are with us, deep in our heart.

Samhain Night

Tis Samhain night and we’ve decorated our space

The energy is rising our hearts are a’race

So long we have waited for this magickal night

Rooms all aglow with bright candle light

We donned our costumes and our robes, for some its habitual

As we stand in our circle to begin our ritual

There’s a skull full of candy and sweets

Just ready for those calling trick or treats

But we are ready now to begin our rite

And pay homage to this Samhain night
